Today the Vera Bradley Summer Sale goes from 25% off to 40% off!  Sale items will be in stores until July 8th or until they sell out.  

PLUS English Rose, Dogwood and Canyon are on sale for 25% off!  This sale is only at Vera Bradley stores and participating retailers.  It won't be online until later, but I haven't heard when that will be. 

I already picked up a few items, but I might see if I can find a few throw blankets in Portobello Road to give as gifts.

Vera Bradley Summer Sale

Vera Bradley's next big sale starts tomorrow!  On May 23rd Lime's Up, Summer Cottage, Paisley Meets Plaid, Portobello Road and Provencal will be retiring and all items in those colors will be on sale for 25% off.  Rumor is that they will go to 40% off June 20th.  
Currently the only color that I own out of those five is Provencal and I have a couple of items in that color saved on my wish list at verabradley.com so I can buy them tomorrow. 
Some styles that might be retiring are: Whitney, Campus Tote, Lizzy, Braid Keychain, Eloise, Slim Case, Good Book Cover, Super Smart Wristlet, Keep It Up Organizer, Essential Cosmetic.

Vera Bradley - Provencal, Portobello Road & Canyon Release

On Thursday, August 30th Provencal, Portobello Road and Canyon were released as the second part of the Fall 2012 collection, along with Vera Vera the microfiber collection.  I went to the Vera Bradley store as a guest of my friend Lisa for a morning release party.  It was great to be able to head to the mall before it opened and get some shopping in! I was excited to see the new colors and styles. 

I love these cookies! They are my fav! They had cookies and water out for the party.

Me being indecisive...The Vera Vera Frame Bag is definitely on my wish list!  I thought that I wanted a Mailbag, but decided it was too boxy for me, so I tried the new Saddle Up and it was just what I was looking for.  I wanted something a little bigger than a Hipster.  They didnt receive any in Provencal, so they had one shipped to me and it should arrive this week! 

We each got a goodie bag with a $20 coupon, nail file and hand lotion!

QVC Release of Provencal, Canyon & Portobello Road

Vera Bradley will be on QVC on Thursday, August 30th for the release of Provencal, Portobello Road and Canyon! 

Check out QVC at 3:00pm and 7:00pm EST for hour long shows that will feature our favorite bags!  Get ready to check out the new colors!

Upcoming Vera Bradley - Part of Fall 2012

Here is a picture that a friend shared with me from a catalog that she picked up at her local Vera Bradley.  You can see a couple of the new Vera Bradley key chains...there will also be a bird one...and the red micro fiber!  I dont know if the micro fiber is coming out August 30th, but my guess is that we will have to wait a couple of weeks.  It sure is pretty though!

Vera Bradley Fall 2012 Preview - Photos of Inside Prints

Last week I had Monday off of work, so I decided to head up to the Vera Bradley store to check out the Fall 2012 preview.  I was pretty excited to have a chance to go check it out, because I thought for sure that I would have a chance to make it up there while they had the preview going on. 
While I was there I picked up a Hipster in Indigo Pop.  Once I saw that color I knew that I had to have something in that print! Here is a picture of me with my new bag a couple days later at the Vera Bradley Be Colorful Tour - In Bloom.  

I was able to snap a few photos of the inside prints too so that you can check those out! 

Va Va Bloom, Indigo Pop and Paisley Meets Plaid will be released June 28th and the other three will be released in August. 

Sneak Peek - Vera Bradley Fall 2012

Vera Bradley just did an online survey with potential colors for Fall 2012.  There were 6 colors on the survey, normally there are only 4 and those 4 are that seasons colors.  I assume that Vera Bradley would continue to release only 4 colors, but you never know, maybe they will release 6 in the fall.  We shall see. In the mean time, check out the colors!
