Vera Bradley Survey (From December 2012, Maybe for Winter 2013)

Another survey came out this week!  So if they go along like they have been, this could possibly be Winter 2013...but these colors so are much more likely to be Spring or Summer, so maybe the larger surveys cover two seasons and the last one was for Fall/Winter 2013 and this is for Spring/Summer 2014.  So many colors!! I am really curious how many of these Vera Bradley will actually produce.

So for now enjoy the new colors and we will have to wait and see what happens in the winter!

  1. How do you find out about these surveys and how can I vote for my faves?

    1. The survey's go out to random people who are signed up on Vera Bradley email list. You can sign up on their home page.

  2. Two of them look very Lilly Pulitzer to me (the sailboats and the third one in the top row)! None of the others are REALLY calling out to me... I do like the first one in the second row and the one with the polka dots in the first row. I feel like sometimes my opinions change when I actually see the bags!

  3. Nothing is really standing out to me from this survey which is surprising because there are so many patterns to choose from and I loved almost everything from the last survey. Maybe I'd feel differently if I saw them in person. Sometimes a trim or interior fabric can make all the difference.

  4. I do like the sailboats. People have been requesting patterns other than flowers so I guess this is their attempt to address their customers! I also have found that sometimes I am neutral about the patterns until I see them in person and then I love them! That's how I felt about Portobello Road.

  5. I think they're neat, especially the one in the top row that sort of looks like picture frames. These seem almost like inside prints to me. I agree with everyone else that when I see them in person, my opinion often changes. Also certain patterns have grown on me over time.

  6. I got an email about a survey last night and by the time I got home and tried to do it on the computer it asked me what state I was from and then sadly told me they had enough responses :( I was so sad because this was the first survey they ever sent me!

I only like 3 of those listed: #3 in the 2nd row; the top one in the last column (the purple one); #5 in the bottom row.

  7. The sailboats and the fuscia and green damask like print are my faves!

  8. I always prefer patterns that are able to combine black with a brown--even if it is just a little bit of the pattern. I want to have one pattern that will go with both my grey/black pants and my brown/beige pants.
Not much here that I feel is that neutral. Row 3, #5 may be close. I also like a red, white and blue pattern for the summer. Don't see that.

Not overly impressed with this assortment. Maybe when I see something in person

  9. 2nd print on the bottom row is my fave - so far. It's always interesting to see what I fall for in person! Ditto re: the Lilly Pulitzer resemblance. The print that reminds Annie of picture frames, reminded me of printed silk scarves (i.e. Hermes). Does anyone know if there's ever a prize or drawing for survey participation? (Hint! Hint! VB corporate - if you're listening ...)

  10. I'm not crazy about any of the possible patterns with the last few surveys. The only one that could possibly be interseting is the boats one but nothing else really appeals to me.

  11. The two right end fabrics, and the last one in the bottom row. I love the dark plum and dark brown backgrounds, and the purple/green one reminds me of William Morris designs

  12. I seem to be the minority opinion, but I like a lot of these! I haven't liked many of the prints from the past three or four seasons, so these make me happy.

In case anyone from VB is reading... *grin* I especially like the two that look like William Morris block prints--the black and white one and the purply-pink and green in the last column. I also really like the first one in the first column and the same print in blue-black-white in the last row--particularly like the color combinations there. And the fifth one in the third row has really interesting, dark, saturated colors that I like. And YAY for the return of some paisleys!!!

  13. I like the last pattern in the second row, the blue one, a lot! It reminds me of an old book binding. I also love the top purple one on the right, the boat pattern, and the pink flowery pattern next to it.

  14. The pink and orange flower pattern in the second row...remember when Liberty of London had a collection at Target? They made a blanket with a pattern that looks identical to that one. I would max out my credit cards buying bags in that pattern. Crossing my fingers.

  15. I like the style of the last two groups of photos you have shown, Fall and Winter 2013. It looks more modern with a lean towards Swedish style.
