My Current Favorite

It has been raining the last few days in DC.  It is safe to say that is rains way more here in DC than in San Diego!  Got me started thinking that I need a new leather bag to carry so that it will be waterproof.  In the mean time I am carrying my Vera Vera Convertible Tote.  I just make sure it is under my umbrella (Mod Floral Blue) so that it stays dry.  So currently I would have to say that it is favorite. I also love carrying my Happy Snails 3 Pocket Tote with it when I have too much stuff to carry back and forth to work...although most of the time I can fit it all in the Convertible Tote.  Today I had to bring my laptop home to do some additional work tonight since we have a huge event coming up in two weeks, it was nice that I was carrying a big enough bag that I could just throw it in my bag and not have to carry a boring black computer bag.

What is your favorite combination of bags?

  2. Alison,

Occasionally in the past you've done reviews of some of the VB bags you have. Any chance you will do a review of the 3 pocket tote? What you like (or don't like), what it has in common with other totes?

  5. When I still used a "diaper bag" for my youngest son, my favorite combination was the Pleated Tote, with the Mini Hipster stored inside. The Pleated Tote makes a great diaper bag, and I also use it as a carry-on when we go to WDW - so much room! Now that I don't need such a large bag, I tuck the mini hipster into the Mandy. It fits with ample room for other things.

  6. Love my large VERA bag in Safari sunset for when i take a trip. I clip the matching wristlet to inside one of the handles. The generous pockets fit my tech cases in folkloric with ipod in one and camera in the other. Plenty of pocket space left for a map, book, treats, plus the outside pockets for really accessible items. Then i put my new 100 bag on top for a true carry all.

  7. I am currently loving my Double ID Wristlet in Folkloric! I asked for the Frill ID Wristlet for my birthday coming up, maybe I will get that one, too! My sister has it in Plum Petals and she got it for her friend in Mocha Rouge, so I want Happy Snails!! Last week we went on a car trip and I used my Betsy in Raspberry Fizz. It was nice because it held everything for the car ride, yet wasn't too big! I used my Pleated Tote in Cupcakes Pink for our week long vacation this past summer, which was nice because it was a little bigger. Lastly, my sisters Side by Side tote in Watercolor is perfect for trips like the above, since her Reversible Tote was a little small to hold her knitting, etc.
