Vera Bradley Paprika Lanyard

After I ran in the San Diego Rock n Roll Half Marathon back in June I didnt know where I should hang up my race medal...so I decided to hang it in my office cubicle!  I had also picked up a Paprika Lanyard at the Outlet a while back and I have used it for some of the events that we have at work.  I decided that it deserved a spot next to the medals :)

  4. Everyone may not be aware that the mid-Atlantic coastal region has been hit by an 5.8 earthquake and a hurricane within the past week. Both events have caused power outages. The earthquake did significant damage to the National Cathedral and the Washington Monument, and the hurricane has killed at least 21 people.

If you check the most recent blog posts, Alison typically posts every day (occasionally every other day), but this has been a very unusual week. Please stay safe Alison, and keep up the good work!

  5. Hope the earthquake didn't hit you, Alison, but I am not on Facebook, too!

  6. I don't think it's very fair to get onto Alison for not posting "enough." As far as I know, she writes on this blog for fun and puts plenty of hard work into keeping us Vera fans up to date, but she does have a life and other priorities.

If you want to keep up with VB you can check their website, Inside Stitch (their blog) and follow them on Facebook as well as Twitter.

You do a GREAT job, Alison! Keep it up, girl! Hope you were not affected by Hurricane Irene! :)
